4. Product Information

We take care to ensure product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, and pricing shown on the Site are accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is completely free of error.
Actual product colour, bottle design, or packaging may vary slightly from what is shown, due to display settings or minor packaging updates.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
All AABI aroma oils are formulated for use with compatible scenting devices only, as indicated on the product label. Products must be used strictly according to the instructions and warnings provided.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which AABI may accept or decline at its discretion — including in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing/listing errors.
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, AABI reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

AABI ships within the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations, as available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, and are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy.
A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information where available, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
AABI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the AABI name, logo, product photography, fragrance descriptions, and written material — is the property of Al Shiraa Trading LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. No content from this Site may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under UAE law, AABI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products.
AABI products are intended solely for home and commercial fragrance use. They are not medical, therapeutic, or ingestible products, and AABI accepts no liability for use outside the instructions and warnings stated on product labeling.
AABI is not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from third-party shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnity

By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold AABI, its owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.
